1. Created an application which has option buttons and one of the options will
trigger a required file upload.
2. In this selection even when an option is selected which does not require the
input file, an error is thrown. This error was displayed in Network tab in
browser inspect but not in API server log.
3. Just for testing purposes set the cascading file input as not required but
still if it is not uploaded the experiment does not move forward from CREATED.
4. Search-SRA is the application in question.
