1. In SEAGrid Django portal Gaussian16 application has an input with
URI_COLLECTION and Required set to False.
2. When creating an experiment using this application in the PGA user is
prompted with error message "Input data type not supported! Please file a bug
report using the link in the Help menu."
3. The experiment still can be launched but its not moving forward, stuck in
CREATED with no errors or failures.
4. Second time launched the application with an optional file upload in PGA,
still it didn't move forward from CREATED.
