1. A new user creates a local gateway account in
https://django.staging.seagrid.org
2. After she is added to gateway-user, tries to save and launch an experiment
using the Django portal https://staging.seagrid.org
3. When clicked 'Save and Launch' button, user gets Failed to create
experiment: mkdir(): Permission denied
