Description:
1. A old user, (who created the user account when only pga existed) logs in to
PGA
2. Clicks User Settings --> Compute Resources
3. Or Clicks User Settings --> Storage Resources
4. Throws exception "Undefined index: 5f3e5fab-eb63-494e-a03b-2911e1f03b89"
5. This exception is only for users in admin group and admin read only group.
6. Users in gateway user group does not get this exception
