It is desired to have an option to see a user's own experiments and any that
were shared with the user *except* the Admin groups (Admins and Read Only
Admins). This way admins can have a view of experiments similar to what users
see.
This could be implemented as a new SearchCriteria to that applies a group
exclusion (GROUP != <admins groups id>).
For the experiments listing, this might be a better default that is
automatically applied.
