Testing the JIRA in https://django.seagrid.org/
Test Cases
1. Save and launch an experiment in to Comet Shared. All the 3 queues in Comet
are available to submit jobs. - PASS
2. Remove Shared partition from Comet and try to submit for that queue. Should
not be available as an option in the Create/Clone experiments.
3. Submit an experiment to Shared queue and then remove it from the GRP and
then try to clone the previous experiment and Submit. Should not be able to
submit to same 'Shared' queue as its been removed now. - PASS
4. Remove the only queue the cluster has and try to save and launch an
experiment. Should not be able to launch an experiment. - Fail
