Allow passing data product URIs as values for application inputs (type URI
only) as query parameters to the create experiment view and have these
propagated into the UI and the ExperimentModel.
The initial usecase is for https://github.com/SciGaP/simccs-maptool to use this
to pass data product URIs of generated data files to the create experiment
view. This allows maptool to integrate creating an experiment without needing
to recreate the experiment editing view (although long term it will probably
need to do that too as a further streamlining of the user experience).
