This user interface could be used to do initial group assignment for new users.
It would need to support sorting by created date, and it would also be good to
support showing the complete user profile if needed. This would allow an admin
to go to this view for, for example, the Gateway Users group, and then select
all of the newly created users that should join and drag them into the members
list.
