The tus upload finishes and the storage view refreshes but the endpoint that
moves the file into the user's storage space from tus storage hasn't completed
yet. So the refreshed view doesn't show the newly uploaded file even though it
is there.
The storage view should not refresh until all tus uploads have been fully
processed and moved into user storage.
