By default Django sets X-Frame-Options to DENY:
https://docs.djangoproject.com/en/3.2/ref/settings/#std:setting-X_FRAME_OPTIONS
We may want to change this to SAMEORIGIN to allow a Wagtail Terms and
Conditions page to be included in an iframe in the extended user profile editor.
