In [https://gateway.ung.scigap.org/] and [https://testdrive.airavata.org/] and
[https://seagrid.org/] got the error. So its safe to say it exists in all
gateways.
Got the error in test-drive when tried to login using cilogon and got it in
other portals trying to add users to base groups and change their roles.
Get the error at the first attempt but second time it works !
