Summary: Display the allocation in the Experiment Summary Page

User selects the allocation to launch an experiment in Create experiment and
Edit/clone experiment pages.
The allocation then is not displayed in the Experiment Summary page.
Please have this displayed. This is mainly important to users who has multiple
Allocation access in the same HPC resource.
