Added functionality:
- Download meta data, gene expression matrices from Allen Brain Cell Atlas
AWS data repository.
- Load and integrate Cell metadata and CCF meta data along with gene
expression data
- Aggregate gene expression data by layers.
Also added a notebook that demonstrates extracting inhibitory cells ratio
and Pvalb/Vip ratio from gene expression data.
