@girip Regarding the documentation, it was noted in the examples/README.md file: https://github.com/apache/airavata-cerebrum/tree/main/examples#install-airavata-cerebrum-and-dependencies . All the dependencies are consolidated and are given in the examples/environment.yml file. In the examples/README.md instructions are given on how to install them via conda. I looked at how to add the code/data for v1 as package. I think we need to use github actions, and I trying to figure out how to do. Regarding a small example, the difficulty depends upon to what extent the examples should go. If we just want to create a SONATA file, its simple, However, if we also want to make it accept inputs and run simulations, it gets more complicated. How LGN and BKG are connected ?
