Change a few timeouts in AMS Hbase and Phoenix to 5 minutes in Hbase-site.xml
hbase.client.scanner.timeout.period = 300000
hbase.rpc.timeout = 300000
phoenix.query.timeoutMs = 300000
phoenix.query.keepAliveMs = 300000
