By some reason Ambari-trunk-test-patch is not working currently.
branch-2.2 local UT results after applying patch:
10466 tests complete (8 seconds)
121 tests pending
trunk local UT results after applying patch:
24576 tests complete (20 seconds)
145 tests pending
Rat check passed on trunk and branch-2.2.
