Please pay attention to Hadoop QA results, they say that you committed files
without licence. This lead to all QA runs to fail. Usually we revert such
commits and reopen issues. but I decided not to do that this time, and
performed a fast fix in AMBARI-15499. But you should be careful next time you
commit new files, add licence to them and run ambari tests before committing.
