A property called "suspended" were introduced for the "upgrade" resource. Right
now, the UI assumes that a status of "ABORTED" implies the upgrade is
suspended, and this is not necessarily the case. Instead, the UI should use the
"suspended" property, which is new in Ambari 2.4.0
