Description:
1. Skip unnecessary queries during ldap sync (speed up --all)
2. Remove membership attribute case sensitivity
3. Skip processing on that group/user which is out of scope of the base DN
also add additional logging:
log4j.logger.org.apache.ambari.server.security.ldap.AmbariLdapDataPopulator=TRACE
in order to log the LDAP queries during sync
