Steps:
# Deploy cluster with SmartSense.
# Open Background Operations window and set "Do not show this dialog again when
starting a background operation" checkbox.
# Go to host with SmartSense HST Agent.
# Choose "Unregister" or "Uninstall" operation for SmartSense HST Agent.
Result: Background Operation window was opened, but shouldn't.
