Views like oozie view, hive view etc will need a UI component to select a file
from the hdfs component. Now, as part of the New files view rewrite effort the
directory viewer component was added for move/copy files functionality. Hence,
this piece of code needs to be extracted out and put into a common location so
that the other view could use it.
