STR:
1. Install Ambari.
2. Open Manager Config Groups popup, create cg with name "1" and save.
3. Open Manager Config Groups popup, rename config group "1" to "2". Do not
save.
4. Create new group with name "1".
After doing this steps you will have two groups with name "1".
