Ambari Slider View controller needs to set a system property (*HDP_VERSION*)
which is required by Slider to determine the HDP version of the cluster. Slider
client uses this property to determine if the dependencies tarball for the
specified HDP_VERSION is uploaded. If yes, it uses the uploaded dependencies
tarball (SLIDER-777 and AMBARI-13383) instead of the jars bundled with the view.
This will help resolve the intermittent application deployment failures (like
AMBARI-8240) which occur due to jar conflict issues with Slider dependencies
and Ambari View dependencies.
