Description:
PROBLEM: Ambari has a discrepancy when reporting under replicated blocks. It
sometimes pulls this number from the Standby Namenode. fsck report and Active
Namenode jmx report one number. Manual failover will correct this number.
ACTUAL RESULT: Ambari displays under replicated blocks from Standby Namenode
EXPECTED RESULT: Ambari should display under replicated blocks from Active
Namenode
