On an EC2 cluster, provisioned using EC2 internal hostnames, the various 'Quick
Links', e.g. HBase, Storm, Spark are missing their hostnames in the URLs.
e.g., HBase Master UI link is to 'http://:16010/master-status', NameNode UI
Link is to 'http://:50070'.
The net effect is clicking on the link just opens a blank page.
Even if the link was correct, it would be an unresolvable hostname, but that
can be worked around using /etc/hosts. Unless there's some other provision to
get the external hostname.
