*Expected behavior:*
# "% of cluster capacity" should be hidden if interactive query is false. 
# "% of cluster capacity" should be visible if interactive query is true and 
the queue name is llap.
# "% of cluster capacity" should be hidden if interactive query is true and 
queue name is default.

Hive LLAP is available on  HDP-2.5
