Fix For: 2.4.0
{{RANGER_TAGSYNC}} is a SLAVE component for Ranger Service.
When installed after Ranger Service is deployed in cluster or at the time of
first Ranger service installation, Summary Tab doesn't show Ranger Tagsync
component status.
