Attachment: Ambari-16170.patch
Created a patch to export path properties as references, which will be replaced
if user modifies them in blueprint or adds in blueprint template, otherwise
those will get replaced by Ambari default values.
Tested the patch by exporting a blueprint and deploying a cluster.
