Summary: Hive view : Upload Table : On unchecking "Is first row
header ?" checkbox, the column name should be changed to some default values
instead of the first row.

By default, the "Is first row header ?" is checked and the first row values are
loaded into column name textboxes.
On checking the checkbox, the column name values persists.
Columns values should be filled with some default values instead of the first
row.
