STR:
1. Launch Install Wizard
2. Set cluster name
3. In "Select Stack" page, upload an invalid VDF (e.g., a PNG file).
4. You get an error popup. At this point, hit page refresh. You get an error
again with a blank page.
5. Go back to "Get Started". The Next button is not clickable.
