Description:
Handle cases in which the core-site.xml wont be available in a generic and
stack independent way.
Ranger requires two properties hadoop.security.authentication and
hadoop.security.auth_to_local from core-site.xml in case of kerberos enabled
environments. This JIRA is to make sure these properties are available.
