Reproduction Steps:
1. Open test env for Ambari: http://bdavm1301.svl.ibm.com:8081/ with
admin/admin.
2. Go to Services, choose any service and change its config a bit.
3. Save this config and input GB18030 characters into pop-up note
box.(€酮خد㐁ᠡꀈ༑㘚郂)
4. Click Dashboard->Config History.
4. Input those GB18030 characters(€酮خد㐁ᠡꀈ༑㘚郂) to Notes filter.
5. Observe information page.
Expected results:
Notes containing these characters should be filtered.
Observations:
Nothing returns and a message shows no results are found.
Note: Also cannot filter author with GB18030 characters.
