AMBARI-17103. Incorporating the inheritance logic for
tez_hive2/tez-interactive-site.xml using tez/tez-site.xml. Also, removing
'hive.tez.java.opts' config from hive2/hive-site.xml as it would be got via
inheritance from hive/hive-site.xml.
