Summary: Extend Logical URL to Auto Instance creation

Logical URL(URL sans the version) for view instances was introduced in
AMBARI-15821 . This concept has to be extended to creation of Auto instances so
that by default, auto instances gets some convention based logical URL. These
logical URL can then be used by other part of the system without worrying about
updation of links when the version of the view changes( see AMBARI-17317 ).
