Summary: "Assigned master page" should show enabled and disabled

In Assigned Master page, only the master services which are being Installed has
modifiable drop box.
All other drop boxes are disabled.
The enabled dropbox is not highlighted properly. It looks same as disabled
dropbox.
Modifiable drop boxes should be highlighted clearly. (such as use some other
color / font or style)
