Description:
1. Click on View URLs and click on Create New URL.
2. When a URL name that is 2 characters long is entered, on Save an error
message is displayed "Minimum length is 2 characters." although 2 characters
were specified. The error goes away if more than 2 characters are specified.
3. When a URL name that is 21 characters long is entered, on Save an error
message is displayed "Maximum length is 25 characters." although less than 25
characters were specified. The error goes away if 20 or lesser number of
characters are specified.
4. When a short URL that is 2 characters long is entered, on Save an error
message is displayed "Minimum length is 2 characters." although 2 characters
were specified. The error goes away if more than 2 characters are specified.

2. Enter a URL name that is less than 3 characters or greater than 20
characters.
3. Enter a short URL that is less than 3 characters or greater than 25
characters.
4. Click on Save. The validation error message "Too short" is displayed if the
name/URL is too short and error message "Too long" is displayed if the
name/URL is too long. You have to figure out through trial and error what the
limits are.
This message should be improved.
