Ambari server log should have startup message and shutdown message.
Startup message should include details like ambari version, hash number, host
,classpath, etc.
Currently, ambari-server logs do not have startup and shutdown messages. Lack
of startup / shutdown message makes debugging harder via logs. Its hard to find
ambari version related information from logs. Its also hard to find
ambari-server restart from logs.
