Andrii Tkach updated AMBARI-17498:
----------------------------------
    Description:
Reproducer: Start with HSI OFF.

- Enable HSI, calculation will happen and LLAP configs show up in HSI panel
- Instead of SAVE, do DISCARD.
- "% of cluster capacity" will stay visible, because on DISCARD, SA call was
not made.

- Possible Fix:
  - As we are not calling SA here, can we add a custom code here to keep it
hidden when HSI is OFF ?
