1) On "Step 7" of the install wizard (Customize Services) click "edit" on a
slider config to open a text field
2) Click on the text field to focus
3) Hover a cursor over the field -> popup will appear
4) Press 'Enter' via a keyboard -> it will change from text to slider view
5) Move mouse, popup is still presented
