Ambari should setup zeppelin authentication by default for secure clusters.
In secure env,
* Ambari should setup zeppelin authentication by default.
* Zeppelin quick link should automatically login in Zeppelin UI as Ambari user.
* If Ambari user do not have view permission for Zeppelin UI, Quick link for
Zeppelin UI should be disabled.
