Description:
Steps to reproduce.
1. Enable Interactive Query and Select llap as the queue.
2. In the YARN CS view. Delete the LLAP queue. Add a testqueue at the same
level as root. (rootCap=20, testQueueCap=80). Create sub-queues under testQuee
-> Leaf1 (80), Leaf2(20).
3. Go back to the Hive Smart config page.
*Actual Result:* The combobox shows warning but does not show other options
which are valid values
