Fix For: 2.4.0
Quicklink *Resource Manager UI* uses port 8088 and it works fine.
But the quicklinks *Yarn Threadstacks*, *ResourceManagerJMX* and
*ResourceManager Logs* use *8188* on ambari UI and do not work. But all three
are accessible with *8088*
