Fix For: 2.4.0
For hive schematool usage,
hive.metastore.schema.verification should be set to true to ensure that
schematool has setup the schema properly.
hive.metastore.schema.verification.record.version=false, to ensure that schema
hive doesn't overwrite any existing version information, given that autocreate
is now set to false.
