Description:
STR:
1) Install old version (Add ranger)
2) Enable Rangers Pluggins (Hbase ranger plugin was enabled)
2) Make ambari only upgrade
3)Enable/Disable security
4)try to compare AMS configs
The issue is present. Chrome:Version 51.0.2704.103 (64-bit) MacOs.

1) Compare versions v23 and v19
2)Dismiss
3)Compare versions v23 and v10
Result : UI does not response
