Description:
Sometimes some logs may contain multibyte character because of LANG settings.
If we see the log via LogSearch Web UI, the messages are garbled. See attached
screenshot.
The original message is {{WARNING 2016-07-28 14:39:42,184
CommandStatusDict.py:128 - [Errno 2] そのようなファイルやディレクトリはありません:
'/var/lib/ambari-agent/data/output-110.txt'}}
It means "No such file or directory"
