Duplicate panels are getting displayed in kerberos settings page. The issue is
seen on both 'General' as well as 'Advanced' tabs.
Steps to reproduce :
1) Take a secured cluster.
2) Navigate to kerberos page.
3) Navigate to 'General' or 'Advanced' tab, intermittently duplicate panels are
being shown.
Since its intermittent, its bit tough to reproduce. Try to navigate to
different links on the page like 'Stack and Versions' or 'Service Accounts' and
comeback to kerberos page.
Try this couple of times and issue should be reproducible.
