Steps
Deploy HDP-2.4.2 cluster with Ambari 2.2.2.0 (secure cluster with Atlas
installed)
Upgrade Ambari to 2.4.0.0
Observed post Ambari upgrade that the value of
storm.topology.submission.notifier.plugin.class is set to empty (see attached
screenshot)
Remove Atlas and then Perform EU to 2.5.0.0
Observed service check failure for Storm
