1] When ranger repo is created policy.download.auth.users &
tag.download.auth.users should be updated include both storm_user and
storm_bare_jaas_principal.
2] ranger_storm_principal and ranger_storm_keytab should be coming from storm
key tab. Not nimbus or UI.
