If JDK download fails, the error message at
https://github.com/apache/ambari/blob/639515be3e372d0cb4035e325465796fa89b1dd2/ambari-server/src/main/python/ambari_server/serverSetup.py#L611
suggests that the JDK distribution can be specified using the option
{{--jdk-location}}.
The option is also described at
http://dev.hortonworks.com.s3.amazonaws.com/HDPDocuments/Ambari-1.5.1.0/bk_using_Ambari_book/content/ambari-chap2-2-1.html
However, this option is not in specified in
