I tried the original patch on the cluster and got:

com.github.eirslett:frontend-maven-plugin:1.0:install-node-and-npm (install
node and npm) on project wfmanager: The plugin
com.github.eirslett:frontend-maven-plugin:1.0 requires Maven version 3.1.0 ->
[Help 1]
So I'm attaching a new patch that uses 0.0.16 version of the plugin, which is
compatible with Maven 3.0.5 (as it is the Maven version the development guide
says to use)
